Dacon completed the design and construction of a 62,300 SF manufacturing facility for Armstrong Pharmaceuticals, Inc. The facility includes areas for research and development (R&D), quality control, production and distribution of Albuterol, a commonly-used inhaler for the treatment of asthma.
This 62,300 SF Dacon Corporation project for Armstrong Pharmaceuticals included 20,200 SF of laboratory, pharmaceutical production and office space supporting a 42,100 SF warehouse for distribution of Albuterol, a commonly used inhaler. This tenant space was constructed on a design/build basis in a speculative industrial building also completed by Dacon built for long-time developer client, Conroy Development Corporation.
