Renowned Swiss candy company Lindt & Sprüngli (USA), Inc. contracted Dacon for the design and build of its North American manufacturing facility in Stratham, New Hampshire. This 40,000 SF, 65-foot-tall facility required installation of the company’s unique chocolate liquor processing equipment, as well mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Dacon completed the project, from concept to turnover, in just ten months.
Lindt & Sprüngli selected Dacon’s design/build services for two additional projects, as well. The first was a 90,990 SF expansion of their finished goods packaging facility; the second was a 270,000 SF warehouse/distribution building that required tightly controlled temperature and humidity.
