Daniel Kowalczyn

Assistant Project Superintendent | Construction

As assistant project superintendent, Dan assists in the coordination of all aspects of field operations from the beginning to the successful completion of each project. Among his responsibilities are assisting in the scheduling and overseeing of jobsite personnel and subcontractors, implementing safety procedures, and monitoring the project for quality control.  

Dan recently worked as an estimator with clients and the Dacon team coordinating project elements such as conceptual budgeting, schedule development, subcontractor bidding, contract price development, proposal writing, design and engineering oversight, and contract negotiation.

Having joined Dacon in 2014, Dan has more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry. Dan ensures every Dacon project in his care is completed in a way that surpasses the client’s expectations. His attention to detail and ability to establish true partnerships with clients, architects, project managers, and field workers result in long-term, win-win relationships among clients and members of the Dacon team. Dan is also skilled in a variety of software programs, including MS Office Suite and Procore.
