As a senior project planner for Dacon Corporation, Jeff Prince works with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to prepare proposals, project scope summaries, estimates, agreements, contracts, and schedules. He identifies client priorities and implements strategies to ensure a seamless transition from programming through construction. Jeff also performs technical overviews and cost analyses to evaluate project value, sustainability, appropriate technologies, and building performance.
Jeff has significant experience in both the architectural and construction industries. He has completed numerous design-build projects requiring complex planning for commercial, industrial, clean manufacturing, cold storage, laboratory, manufacturing, and research & development occupancies. He has special expertise in code compliance and project quality control, as well as incorporating complex technical requirements into building specifications.
Jeff has been with Dacon Corporation since 1989. He was previously employed by Data General Corporation and Seppala & Aho Architects & Engineers. He attended Wentworth Institute of Technology, and is a registered architect in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and New York. Jeff is also certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, and is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Boston Society of Architects.
