Assistant Project Manager | Construction


As an assistant project manager, Luisa is responsible for supporting the project managers with coordinating and managing the client relationship, construction process, and overall project from concept to completion.Among her responsibilities are subcontractor buyout, administrating change order estimates and change orders, cost control, scheduling, and monitoring the project for quality control.

Having joined Dacon in 2017, Luisa holds a degree in Construction Management from Cal State East Bay Continuing Education and has more than 12 years of experience in the construction industry.

Luisa works closely with the clients to ensure that every Dacon project in her care is completed in a way that surpasses the client’s expectations. Her attention to detail and ability to establish true partnerships with clients, architects, project managers, and field workers result in long-term, win-win relationships among clients and members of the Dacon team.
