‍Fighting rare diseases is a relentless pursuit to which Alexion needed an infusion of assistance. To support innovation Alexion sought to expand technological capabilities on a tight deadline without interrupting daily operations.  

Design Build Value

To expand research, development and quality assurance capabilities, a 20,800 SF office, warehouse, manufacturing and laboratory addition was designed. Working within site and budget restraints, the project was completed in 7 months from planning through execution. Estimated close to cost, $7,600 was returned to the client. Without disturbing site operations Dacon allowed Alexion to do what they do best – focus on bringing hope to patients.
