As a developer and manufacturer of sophisticated vacuum products, a recent acquisition expanded the firm's technology offerings thereby necessitating a new facility.

Design Build Value‍

The design rationale for this LEED facility centers on 4 functional domains - manufacturing, labs, offices and warehousing. The goal in creating a state-of-the-art innovation and solutions center is to improve the overall efficiency of manufacturing, product innovation, operations and research development activities. LEED initiatives include provisions for future solar setup, reduced water usage, high efficiency cooling systems and dark sky compliant lighting. Design nods to Haverhill's historic mill roots punctuate the facility.
