Trusted financial protection is the foundation of this 110-year-old insurance firm. In designing a new office, a core element to be expressed was an open and collaborative culture.

‍Design Build Value

The floor layout for this space is organized around a hoteling concept that stresses interpersonal relations. The reception area leads to open seating for 30 boarded by 3 executive offices and 2 conference rooms. Exposure to hilltop vistas is maximized by floor-to-ceiling arched windows with a vibrant color palette of burnt siena, chartreuse and platinum for finishes.
