VMD's expertise spans the acquisition, leasing and disposition of commercial real estate with a focus on risk mitigation and ROI optimization. To address metro Boston's demand for distribution and warehouse space, they wanted a facility that was energy efficient, flexible in accessing large scale product and centrally located.
The merits of this project rested on creating a strategy to meet deadlines while working within restraints. Building design was maxed out on a location between Route 495 and 2 for ease in transportation flow. Design build created a framework for construction speed, durability, and energy efficient HVAC, insulation and electrical systems, laid within a flexible configuration.
