‍A manufacturer of precision machine components for the aerospace, defense, medical, semiconductor and emerging technology markets, AccuRounds sought to redefine themselves. They desired an optimized facility for market competitiveness and an invigorated brand image.

Design Build Value

‍Lean principles were implemented to redesign process flow with a flexible configuration tailored to the product being created. Transparency, teamwork and creativity were reinforced by positioning engineers in a glass enclosed office space on the manufacturing floor. The new facility was completed in 7 months with no disruption to operations.
