Atlantic Management's client, a global delivery service, needed space to keep up with a future in robotics. A 170,000 SF high bay distribution center was desired to service the Northeast corridor.
Working with designers SMMA, Dacon created a shell of 30 FT clear height with insulated metal panel for optimal energy efficiency and cost control. Utilitarian in design, this facility has 12 overhead doors, aluminum and glass window systems, internal roof drainage, fire, electric and underground sanitary systems for future build out.
