‍Quality and craftsmanship – this distinctive brand has iconoclastic American roots. Faced with high growth and a lease expiring in 6 months, they needed a new facility to centralize operations and keep distribution fluid.

Design Build Value

‍Given the tight deadline, a pre-existing building was retrofitted. The central focus was creating an expansive manufacturing floor that offered a pleasant, communal work space.  Polished concrete floors and brightly painted walls created an open atmosphere, supported by a suspended grid system to accommodate varying power needs for lighting and sewing equipment. A warehouse, 10 executive offices and additional loading docks facilitated retail distribution. An outdoor cafeteria was added as a pleasant respite area for employee comfort. The new facility was completed in 6 months with no disruption to operations.
