A world leader in logistics real estate, this developer helps manufacturing and distribution companies to achieve operational efficiency while minimizing environmental impact. Two of their clients sought to create a national distribution hub in New Hampshire. Tight timelines and multiple layers of regulatory processes made building logistics difficult to surmount.

Design Build Value

Dacon worked with their civil engineers to expedite over 20 permits saving 3 months of regulatory downtime. Using high-efficiency lighting and HVAC, the facility was completed in 12 months enabling a fluid transition for the firm into the Northeast area. Through allowance, savings and value engineering $1,724,362 was returned in total savings which the firm reinvested in the facility.
