Challenge

‍Improving global health is a brave undertaking that this medical device firm takes head on.  By focusing on cost and process efficiencies, they are entrusted by pharmaceutical firms during critical points of manufacturing.  Rapid occupancy was their primary concern so that growth, testing and client deadlines were not impeded.

Design Build Value

‍Using a 4-month time frame, Dacon focused on modernizing and expanding the existing office location.  The second-floor was redesigned to accommodate 16 offices, 2 conference rooms and seating for 92 employees using a configuration that maximized existing window space and natural light.  Rather than building new labs that would have delayed completion, Dacon implemented the setup of 2 prefabricated clean rooms.  The final result was an efficient use of space in a well-conditioned environment that allows for long-term sales and employee growth.
