Challenge

‍This delivery service keeps packages and people moving towards possibility. Their current 372,000 SF distribution facility was in need of an upgrade to create a state-of-the-art sorting center to manage high package and trucking volume to address Boston’s growing demand.

Design Build Value

‍A complete modernization and repurposing was needed to optimize productivity. Two existing full bays were removed to make room for an additional 150-foot truck court with an 80,000 SF one-story indoor parking structure added to the center of the building. New MEP/FP systems, a TPO roof and 9,000 SF of office space was incorporated into the project.
