The owners sought to renovate an existing 2-story office building to become ADA accessible to attract a demographic target seeking productive workspaces with the ease of accessibility to Boston.
The primary goal was to transform the building aesthetic to a sleek, modern, and more welcoming design. The entryway was updated to include a new lobby with an elevator to the second floor. A ramp was included on the second floor to provide accessibility to the upper elevator lobby. Upgrades also include exterior grillwork and renovation of bathrooms to meet ADA requirements.
