Energy, power, change – the designs of this innovative client inspire a variety of audiences. When seeking an office and warehouse design to inspire their employees’ performance, they chose the efficiency of design build to complement their branded culture without over extending costs.

With aesthetic design critical to the business’s culture and productivity, Dacon worked with an environmental consultant to create a vibrant atmosphere. Utilizing natural material selection and feng shui principles, Dacon renovated a second floor, 10,000 SF space within a retail block featuring concrete composite desks, slate floors and curved windows to expand natural lighting and exterior vistas. Dacon was subsequently asked to return and renovate 3 additional floors. Estimated close to cost, $7,000 was returned to the client. Formerly vacant for 5 years, this building became fully leased with Dacon designing the retail block.
