Rated as one of the best movers nationwide, Gentle Giant needed an upgraded headquarters to accommodate sales growth yet be within reasonable commuting distance for employees. Locating an office building north of Boston, they sought to maximize a new layout for operations, a call center and executive offices until a second phase expansion.

‍The primary goal for this building was to create a space organized around their operations center. After locating a new home 20 minutes from their existing location, the property was refitted to incorporate 80 cubicles, 11 executive offices, 4 conference rooms and communal spaces to support a strongly collaborative culture centered on equality. Gentle Giant experienced the same quality of service they deliver – quick, efficient and best in price – enabling a seamless transition for their employees and business operations.
