Life science startups experience unique needs at various stages in development. Due to rapid growth and market demand, ABI-LAB sought to expand their campus with a third facility which offers energy efficiency and configurations for 10 labs on a limited commercial footprint.
With a business model centered on providing comprehensive services to startups, ABI needed a flexible floor plan to accommodate clients of various sizes. Two floors contain labs with centralized collaborative areas including a cafe, kitchen, autoclave and conference rooms. Efficiency measures include LED lighting, EV stations, cycle racks and a solar ready roof.
