With roots dating back to 1874, Bard Davol is a medical device company in the business of innovative ideas. A market leader in soft tissue reconstruction, BD sought a space that would accommodate research labs and corporate offices bringing this deep-rooted firm into a space for the future.
This 120,000 SF, 3-story office building was designed to combine easy access for scientific, executive and business employees under one roof. The building consists of 14 R&D labs, cafeteria and patio congregating areas on the first two floors followed by executive, HR and administration offices on the top level.
