‍As a global logistics provider, this company knows that timing is everything. In creating custom supply chain management solutions for aerospace, automotive, healthcare, energy, retail and technology markets, optimizing efficiencies is key. Due to sales growth they sought a fresh space that kept client logistics initiatives fluid while serving as a national hub for training programs.‍

Design Build Value

‍A key design goal was an innovative space reflecting the company's progressive culture. Employees and visitors enter through a 2-story glass façade with a monumental staircase that leads to the corporate offices and a multi-level training facility. Additionally, a high-end employee breakroom area was installed as an active social space. An open plan between corporate offices and warehouse space allows for employees to circulate within the building easily.
