An alcoholic beverage distributor with over 100 years of experience, L.Knife has their focus on the future. With sales fueled by consumer demand for artisan products, L.Knife saw the opportunity to expand market share with original products. To accomplish this, new warehouse and cool storage was needed, along with open egresses and parking.
This project necessitated maximizing space on an existing 15-acre campus and completing construction while remaining fully functional. The project was executed in 2 phases,the first by adding 200 car and 46 truck trailer spaces, followed by a new 47,000SF warehouse and 15,300SF conversion of dry goods storage to a cooler room. The result is a building positioned for long-term sales and employee growth.
