Scannell's client, a national package delivery service, keeps packages and people moving towards possibility. Their Wilmington location of 120,000 SF servicing the Northeast corridor was in need of an upgrade to address demand that wouldn’t impede a 24-hour workflow.

Design Build Value

‍Using a phased approach, Dacon treated workflow as their first priority. Wall renovations, HVAC and electrical upgrades were completed without disturbing daily operations. Finished in 9 months, design build returned $234,064 to the client.
