Medical needs are ever evolving. Fallon Health wanted to upgrade senior services by offering advanced treatment options and an overall better client experience. Renovations occurred in a sensitive environment and the project needed completion within a rapid time frame to meet their hiring and training requirements.
The PACE program (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) provides nursing home level of care to seniors who wish to remain at home. Working in collaboration with Dyer Brown & Associates, this project consisted of renovating therapy rooms, an exercise space, phlebotomy and medical rooms. Due to abutting tenants, 2nd and 3rd shift workers were used to complete invasive plumbing work over high-end finishes so as to not disturb day operations.
