Built in 1905, Cazenove Hall consists of 109 rooms mixed with singles, doubles and suites. The institution needed critical repair and maintenance upgrades within a consolidated timeline.
To address the issue of safety, Dacon planned a staged approach to be instituted while students were on summer break. Timing was tight - internal renovations, roof replacement, masonry and woodworking upgrades all needed completion by August. Using design build the project was scoped, priced and permitted with ownership approvals enabling completion 2 weeks ahead of time.
